02.14.07 Mike Gross represented the buyer, JWDCO Inc., in the purchase of an 8,000 Sq. ft. metal building on 5 Acres in Beaumont, Ca. The buyer intends to use the facility to expand their existing business of waterworks and fire protection supplies. The purchase price was $1,350,000.
