Nathan’s business mission is to help his clients make their commercial real estate goals a reality by serving them professionally and ensuring their interest’s come first.
He has a track record of success not only in commercial real estate but in positions with some of the most highly respected Fortune 500 companies in the world, including Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and GE Capital. His experience ranges from Financial Investment Analysis, Marketing, Sales and Commercial Real Estate Finance.
Nathan served honorably in the United States Marines and attended Southern Illinois University.
He started his full time Commercial Real Estate career in 2002 and has been involved in many projects and transactions outside of his usual sales & leasing responsibilities. Project related assignments have included ground up construction involving land due diligence, entitlement procurement, architectural and engineering coordination, financing procurement, contractor selection and oversight, leasing, property management and tenant improvements.
To serve his clients Nathan utilizes his experience and his network of professional & investor contacts as well as several proprietary databases. These databases contain up to date Commercial Real Estate Market Data that enables him to deliver accurate and timely information to his clients.
Nathan is a California State Licensed Real Estate Broker and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and holds a CA State General Contractors license.
